In 2012 the OFS and YouFra had their first joint European congress in French town of Lisieux, famous for Saint Thérèse of the Child Jesus. It was a kind of historic moment because they decided to continue on the same path together and to organize the Second European OFS-YouFra congress in Bosnia and Herzegovina in 2015 in the city of Mostar. Thus the National fraternity of Bosnia and Herzegovina organized this congress.
