ROME \u2013 Proclamant la \u00ab joie de la rencontre \u00bb, les Franciscains s\u00e9culiers du monde entier ont ouvert leur Chapitre g\u00e9n\u00e9ral au Seraphicum le 9 novembre par la Sainte Messe.<\/p>\n

\u00ab Nous avons longtemps d\u00e9sir\u00e9 nous r\u00e9unir \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 le fr\u00e8re franciscain \u0218tefan Acatrinei, OFM Conv, le c\u00e9l\u00e9brant, aux 103 participants. \u00ab Et maintenant, nous sommes heureux d’\u00eatre ensemble \u00bb.<\/p>\n

C’est une \u00ab joie de la rencontre \u00bb qui \u00ab n’aurait pas \u00e9t\u00e9 possible si nous n’avions pas d’abord rencontr\u00e9 saint Fran\u00e7ois \u00bb.
\nLes Franciscains d\u00e9bordent de joie parce que Fran\u00e7ois lui-m\u00eame a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00ab d\u00e9bordant de joie \u00bb apr\u00e8s avoir rencontr\u00e9 le Christ et les paroles de l’\u00c9vangile qui l’ont pouss\u00e9 sur son chemin de foi.<\/p>\n

Se r\u00e9f\u00e9rant au th\u00e8me du chapitre \u00ab Tu es un amour \u00bb, fr. \u0218tefan a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 : \u00ab Il ne fait aucun doute que nous sommes venus ici pouss\u00e9s par l’amour \u00bb. C’est le reflet de la mis\u00e9ricorde de Dieu et du salut par le Christ, qui \u00ab n’est rien d’autre que le fruit de l’amour pur de Dieu pour nous \u00bb.<\/p>\n

Le fr\u00e8re \u0218tefan est assistant spirituel g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l’Ordre franciscain s\u00e9culier dans le monde entier et fait partie du Conseil ex\u00e9cutif international, ou Pr\u00e9sidence.<\/p>\n

Le Chapitre g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, qui se tient tous les trois ans, a lieu du 9 au 16 novembre.<\/p>\n
