Un petit groupe de repr\u00e9sentants de la communaut\u00e9 a particip\u00e9 \u00e0 la c\u00e9l\u00e9bration pour des raisons de s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Sibi est un petit village du district de Nkwanta dans la partie orientale du Ghana. Le village compte 320 m\u00e9nages \/ familles \u00e9largies, b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires de ce projet d&#8217;eau. La plupart des habitants sont des agriculteurs.<\/p>\n<p>Le village n&#8217;en avait qu&#8217;un puits avant.
