{"id":1882,"date":"2019-03-15T14:51:32","date_gmt":"2019-03-15T14:51:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ciofs.info\/?p=1882"},"modified":"2020-04-08T10:30:32","modified_gmt":"2020-04-08T10:30:32","slug":"wells-for-africa-project-proceeding","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ciofs.info\/fr\/2019\/03\/15\/wells-for-africa-project-proceeding\/","title":{"rendered":"\u2018Well4Africa\u2019 un projet en cours"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>par Virginija Mickute, OFS, et Monika Midveryte, OFS<\/em><\/p>\n<p>MARS 2019 &#8212; Le projet \u00abWell4Africa\u00bb, issu du 3\u00e8me Congr\u00e8s europ\u00e9en OFS et JeFra en Lituanie l\u2019ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, progresse \u00e0 diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9tapes au Malawi, en Ouganda et au Zimbabwe.<\/p>\n<p>Le forage de puits d\u2019eau en Afrique devait \u00eatre un fruit sp\u00e9cial du congr\u00e8s, avec plus de 38 000 euros collect\u00e9s \u00e0 cette \u00e9poque. Depuis lors, le nombre de dons a atteint 52 000 euros et le travail a commenc\u00e9 dans deux pays.<\/p>\n<p>Un forage est d\u00e9j\u00e0 en cours dans la communaut\u00e9 de Namane, dans le dioc\u00e8se de Blantyre, au Malawi.\u00a0 Le co\u00fbt total \u00e9tait de 8.150 euros.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_1883\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-1883\" style=\"width: 400px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-1883\" src=\"https:\/\/ciofs.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/Uganda-2019-03-19-0-225x300.jpg\" alt=\"Work on well in Uganda\" width=\"400\" height=\"533\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ciofs.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/Uganda-2019-03-19-0-225x300.jpg 225w, https:\/\/ciofs.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/Uganda-2019-03-19-0.jpg 525w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-1883\" class=\"wp-caption-text\"><em> Les travaux avancent sur le puits et la station de pompage en Ouganda.<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Un syst\u00e8me d\u2019approvisionnement en eau plus sophistiqu\u00e9 est en cours dans la paroisse de Kihani, dans l\u2019archidioc\u00e8se de Mbarara, en Ouganda. Ce projet comporte trois phases. La premi\u00e8re phase est termin\u00e9e et comprend un puits peu profond et une station de pompage, des stands de panneaux solaires, un r\u00e9servoir d\u2019eau d\u2019une capacit\u00e9 de 50.000 litres \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9glise paroissiale de Kihani, des tranch\u00e9es et la pose de canalisations allant du puits au r\u00e9servoir de l\u2019\u00e9glise, puis prolong\u00e9s jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole primaire St. Joseph et le coll\u00e8ge St. Anne. La phase 2 consistera \u00e0 construire un r\u00e9servoir de 50 000 litres d\u2019eau \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole primaire St. Mary, \u00e0 creuser des tranch\u00e9es et \u00e0 poser des canalisations allant du puits au r\u00e9servoir principal, puis \u00e0 alimenter en eau deux villages de la communaut\u00e9 d\u2019Irwaniro et de Kitambeya, \u00e0 construire des robinets et des chambres de contr\u00f4le. La phase 3 comprendra le prolongement de la conduite d\u2019eau du r\u00e9servoir principal de Sainte-Marie au village communautaire de Katunguru, \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole primaire alli\u00e9e, au march\u00e9 communautaire de Katunguru, \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole primaire Bright Model, aux logements du personnel de Sainte-Anne et au village communautaire de Kagunga. Le co\u00fbt total du projet est d\u2019environ 41.420 euros (en fonction du taux de change du shilling ougandais).<\/p>\n<p>Le troisi\u00e8me projet concerne le village de Nehumambi au Zimbabwe.<\/p>\n<p>Le Conseil national de Lituanie a lanc\u00e9 l\u2019initiative sociale \u00abWell4Africa\u00bb, ainsi que des composantes de la Famille franciscaine europ\u00e9enne, afin de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 l\u2019appel du pape Fran\u00e7ois visant \u00e0 garantir le droit humain \u00e0 l\u2019eau potable pour tous et \u00e0 exprimer sa solidarit\u00e9 avec les pauvres en cr\u00e9ant des \u00ab Conditions de vie dignes des personnes rachet\u00e9es par Christ \u00bb (R\u00e8gle OFS 13). Au d\u00e9part, 13 fraternit\u00e9s nationales OFS (Belgique, Bosnie-Herz\u00e9govine, Croatie, Espagne, France, Hongrie, Italie, Lituanie, Pologne, Russie, Slovaquie, Slov\u00e9nie, Suisse, Royaume-Uni et Gibraltar) et quatre fraternit\u00e9s nationales JeFra (Bosnie-Herz\u00e9govine, Croatie, Italie, Pologne) ont r\u00e9pondu \u00e0 l\u2019appel. N\u2019importe qui peut suivre l\u2019avancement des projets en ligne sur well4africa.eu.<\/p>\n<p>Au cours de sa session d\u2019automne, la Pr\u00e9sidence du CIOFS a approuv\u00e9 la poursuite de l\u2019initiative \u00abWell4Africa\u00bb sous la responsabilit\u00e9 du Conseil national lituanien, devenant ainsi une mission permanente de l\u2019Ordre franciscain
