Las prioridades son:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-3923\" src=\"https:\/\/ciofs.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/Chapter-logo-1-300x295.jpg\" alt=\"General Chapter logo\" width=\"300\" height=\"295\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ciofs.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/Chapter-logo-1-300x295.jpg 300w, https:\/\/ciofs.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/Chapter-logo-1.jpg 550w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>Formaci\u00f3n,<\/strong> con atenci\u00f3n especial a fomentar el liderazgo de servicio, as\u00ed como la formaci\u00f3n continua de los Asistentes espirituales con un \u00e9nfasis adicional para los religiosos no franciscanos que han aceptado la solicitud de servir cuando los frailes de la Primera Orden y la TOR no est\u00e1n disponibles.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Juventud Franciscana<\/strong>, con la OFS abraz\u00e1ndolos en su camino franciscano.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Finanzas,<\/strong> con el informe anual del estado financiero de la Orden.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Comunicaciones<\/strong>, con m\u00e1s intercambio interno de informaci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como divulgaci\u00f3n al p\u00fablico a trav\u00e9s de una amplia gama de medios de comunicaci\u00f3n. Esto tambi\u00e9n reconoce que la promoci\u00f3n de las vocaciones debe ocupar un lugar central en el departamento de comunicaci\u00f3n.&#8217;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>El documento concluyente aprobado por el cuerpo capitular fue elaborado por una comisi\u00f3n especial que incluy\u00f3 a Mar\u00eda Consuelo de Nu\u00f1ez (Chelito), OFS, ex viceministra general de Venezuela; Michel Versteegh, OFS, de
